Our 38 m² apartment Pinot Grigio is for  2 – 4 People.

 

The apartment consists  out of a combined kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, a seperated bedroom, a bathroom with a shower a toilet and a bidet and a terrace with adjoined garden in the southeast direction. In the cold winterdays our underfloor heating will keep you warm.

 

Equipment

Dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, satelite TV and free WIFI, Safe, towels, bedlinen, dish clothes and a Microwave for inquiry.

Our 40 m² apartment Lagrein is for 2-4 people.

The apartment consists out of a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a separated bedroom, a bathroom with a bath with shower and a toilet and a terrace with an adjoined garden in the southeast direction. To keep you warm in the cold winter days we have underfloor heating in this apartment as well.

Price per apartment

Arrival days: all weekdays

 

Remark:

Those prices are for two people per night, with a minimum stay of 5 Days. For stays under 5 Days we charge per person and per night extra 10-20 Euros.
For additional persons we charge 20 euros per person per night.
Pets are not allowed.

Additionally to the prices above we will also charge the legally required local taxes per person per night. Children under 14 will not be charged.

For a one weeks stay you will get a free bottle of wine.

Payment:

Please per cash or you can tranfer the money before your arriving day. We do not accept Card Payment.

 

 

Deposit:

Fort he confirmation of your booking we would kindly ask for a deposit ( which would be the Payment for 2 Nights). You will receive more Information by email.

We are happy to welcome you in our House Number 9. If you unfortunately would have an inconvenience which wouldn’t make it possible for you to come, we would kindly ask you to inform us in time.

Please consider our cancelation conditions.

​

  • there is no right of cancelation in the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we will give you right to withdraw if you follow our cancellation conditions

  • It is possible up to 90 days before your arrival day to cancel the booking without any cancelation charges. The deposit will not be returned. 

  • If you cancel within the 89 days before your day of arrival, we will charge the following cancelation fees:

 

  • Cancelations up until 30 Days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total price. 

  • Cancelations less than 30 Days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total price.

  • If the Guest fail to appear or if the guest decides to check out earlier. The guest will be fully charged with the original agreed price.
