Our apartments were build new 2021 with a beautiful view of the beautiful Burggrafenamt.
Our apartments lies in the central in Marling. You can reach public Transports easily within 3 Minutes walking distance.
To enjoy deeply you can relax on our terrace with adjoining Garden. Our apartments are in a lovely modern established with a fully equiped kitchen.
Are you a Wine Lover and enjoy a nice wine? Then the host Stefan will spoil you with a delicous wine tasting once a week.

Our apartments are for 2 – 4 People. The apartment consists out of a combined kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, a separated bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a bidet and a terrace with adjoined garden in the southeast direction. In the cold winter days our underfloor heating will keep you warm.

Marling, is a small town on the westside of Meran. Marling combines the typical life in an idyllic village with a great mountain experience which is also close to the next big city Meran. Marling is perfect to explore the entire Burggrafenamt. Whether with car or with public transport, in Marling you have lots of possibilities for great trips!
