Cancelation condition:

We are happy to welcome you in our House Number 9. If you unfortunately would have an inconvenience which wouldn’t make it possible for you to come we would kindly ask you to inform us in time. Please consider our cancelation conditions:

·       There is no right of cancelation in the Italien consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we will give you right to withdraw if you follow our cancellation conditions:

• It is possibile up to 90 days before your arrival day to cancel the booking without any cancelation charges. The deposit will not be returned.  

• If you cancel within the 89 days before your day of arrival, we will charge the following cancelation fees:

 

• Cancelations up until 30 Days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total price.  

• Cancelations less than 30 Days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total price.

• If the Guest fail to appear or if the guest decides to check out earlier, the guest will be fully charged with the original agreed price.
